Keeping up with the monthly challenge over on Tag It Tuesday, I came up with this tag.
The four prompts for this month were: Randomly spray ink/mist/paint. Saran wrap (cling film) technique. Use a date stamp. Use buttons. As you can see, I didn't use a date stamp although I do have one.
Die cut a piece of Clarity coated white card using the largest nested luggage tag die.
Mist the tag with Distress Sprays in Fossilized Amber, Candied Apple and Dried Marigold. Add cling film over the top, scrunch it up and allow to dry. Remove the cling film and buff up with a clean paper towel. Add stamping in Red Geranium and Carnation Red archival inks using the buttons from the Haberdashery stamp set from Claritystamp. Colour the images with Faber-Castell big brush markers. Add the mannequin from the same set in Onyx Black Versafine ink. Add the zip in the same manner. Add the ribbon along the bottom. Colour the mannequin and ribbon using Inktense water colour pencils and blend out with a watercolour brush pen. Glue some real buttons over some of the stamped images and next to the mannequin. To finish, stamp two of the sentiments from the Haberdashery set in black ink at the top of the tag.
