For my second sample using Sam Crowe's new stamps and stencils I made a tag shaped card.
Score a piece of Clarity stencil card in half. Die cut to create a tag card using the largest nested luggage tag die.
Brush Tumbled Glass distress ink through the long thin stencil pairs, rotate and repeat. Add further ink through the shorter thin pair.
Add Mermaid Lagoon ink in the same manner through the largest oval stencil along the left hand side, turn and repeat along the bottom.
Add Twisted Citron Distress Oxide through the parallel dash stencil in three places using a foam tool.
Add one of the solid oval stamps in Mermaid Lagoon Oxide.
Add the heart icon into the top right corner in the same ink.
Colour the heart and the border with the Twisted Citron distress marker. Add highlights to the heart with the Tumbled Glass distress marker.
To finish, add one of Barbara’s word stickers and go round it with the Mermaid Lagoon distress marker.
Stamp the heart icon inside the card in Mermaid Lagoon Oxide and add the Happy Birthday essential sentiment in Onyx Black Versafine ink.
