Back in the fray today for this week's desk sharing with Julia at Stamping Ground for WOYWW.
I was working with some Doodleology stamps at the weekend but can't show you my projects yet.
Back in the fray today for this week's desk sharing with Julia at Stamping Ground for WOYWW.
I decided to play around with a combination of kraft, black and white card as well as one of the new Abstract Layout dies and the Just Wings and Wheels stamps from Clarity Crafts.
These new collage papers from Clarity Crafts are great for backgrounds on journal pages as well as for creating collages. Here I worked with the Hibiscus papers.
Loving this latest line of stamps for more masculine cards from Clarity Crafts. I only used two stamps from the collection on this card and there are so many to choose from in the set.
Just a quick post today to join in with WOYWW thanks to Julia at Stamping Ground. Here is my desk with actual crafting supplies on it!
Still slowly working my way through NBUS (Never Before Used Stencils) and went back to July 2016 with Clarity Club stencil #26. I adapted one of Barbara Gray's projects to avoid using a gel plate.
These new floral panel stamps from Clarity Crafts are so versatile and can be paired with many sentiments. Here I went with a black and gold theme.
I enjoy crafting every day even if it is only a 5 minute project. Last year I completed a drawing every day and this year I decided on a collage every day instead. I have a ring round loose leaf journal filled with cartridge paper measuring 5" x 7.25". I have decided to theme each month using a colour scheme. For January I have chosen a palette of greys and black. Every day I finish the page using one or more of the Clarity Words stickers - there are five collections to choose from in total.
Welcome to my weekly sharing of the desk with Julia et al at Stamping Ground joining in with WOYWW.
The latest duck arrived last week. I am pausing my duck collection for the moment, even though there are five more in the series, as I am running out of space in the shed to display them.Working my way through my NBUS (Never Before Used Stamps) I was re reading some of the Clarity project sheets that came with them. I was struck by this project by Barbara Gray using Club stamp #88 from February 2014 which is when I first joined the Clarity New Design Club for stamps. I decided to copy it with an addition at the end.
I am slowly working my way through my unused stencils from the Clarity New Design Club. I have been a member since the start but haven't made use of all of them yet. This card uses stencil #24 from May 2016.
I have now finally used all the Clarity New Design Club dies at least once. As the last one from November 2020 was a Christmas design I decided to make my first Christmas card of 2024 - getting ahead!
I am still determined to use the last of my Clarity New Design Club dies. For this card I went back to March 2019.
The prompt over on Tag Tuesday is Something New! - I can't wait for Spring so these tags seemed appropriate.
Back to work this week and the holidays are well and truly over. Joining in with WOYWW and Julia at Stamping ground as ever on a Wednesday.
