Happy Birthday Retro Triangles

This time I went with a black and silver theme for this birthday card using Tina's Retro Triangles from Clarity Crafts.

Stamp the large triangle border from the Tina’s Retro Triangle set onto black card (7” x 1.5”) in Versamark ink and heat emboss it with silver embossing powder.

Add further stamping either side in the same manner.

Mat the strip onto silver mirri card. Use one of the Doodle Frame-Its edger dies to cut a fancy border top and bottom.

Die cut a topper from black card using the 1.5” x 2.5” nested rectangle Die. Stamp the happy Birthday sentiment onto it in the same way as before.

Die cut a mat from silver mirri card using the 2.25” x 1.25” nested rectangle picot die and die cut a fancy frame into it using the smallest Nested Rectangle Heart Doodle Aperture Frame-It die.

Mat up the sentiment topper.

Add the panel to a 7” x 7” black card blank, 1” from the bottom.

To finish, add the sentiment topper into the centre at the top.
