Gone Fishing

The Just Gents stamps from Clarity Crafts make a great card for someone interested in fishing.  Here I added one of the Wee Transport stamps too.

Mask round the edge of a 6” x 6” white card blank with low tack tape.

Blend Salty Ocean Distress ink out from the bottom left-hand corner using a Clarity stencil brush.

Add the fishing rod from the Just Gents stamp set into the bottom left corner using Jet Black Archival ink.

Add the fish in the same ink.

Add foliage from the XL Fly Away stamp set along the bottom and colour the handle of the rod with a black pen.

Add the trawler from the Wee Transport stamp set towards the top of the card as before. Use a Spot-On Sponge to dab Salty Ocean Distress ink under the trawler to create the impression of water.

Remove the masking tape.

To finish, add the Gone Fishing stamp from the Just Gents stamp set in the same ink as previously.
