These new collage papers from Clarity Crafts are great for backgrounds on journal pages as well as for creating collages. Here I worked with the Hibiscus papers.
Trim a large piece of Clarity stencil card to 8” x 8”. Add one of the sheets of the Hibiscus Infusions collage paper. Tear a strip from a second sheet and add it over the top. Fussy cut the image of a lamb from a magazine and add it to the page. Seal with matte medium and allow to dry. Add shading below and around the lamb using a Faber-Castell Big Brush Markers (Caput Mortuum and Terracotta) blended out with a finger. Add stamping around the edges using stamps from the Mixed Media Journaling set in Peeled Paint Distress Archival ink. To finish, add one of Barbara’s words stickers.
