Birthday Mum - Time Spent with Cats is Never wasted

I haven't made a Groovi parchment card in ages, but thought my Mum's birthday was a special enough occasion to break out the tools.

Slot the Cats A5 square Groovi plate into the plate mate and attach a piece of A5 parchment using Groovi tabs.

Use the 1.5 Pergamano ball tool to add the image of the three cats to the parchment.  Swap plates and go round the image with a double line (4") using the nested squares picot Groovi plate.  Die cut the image using the corresponding die.

Die cut a piece of black parchment using the largest nested square picot die and add a double line round the inside using the Groovi plate.

Add Happy Birthday along the top using the Groovi border Word Chain plates (Family & Blessings/Birthday & Darling).

Add Mum using the original Groovi plate mate. 

Add the cat quote from the first plate along the bottom using the #1 Pergamano ball tool.

Add the cat topper to the background using small brads.

Mat the topper onto a piece of Northern Lights companion paper and trim leaving a narrow border.

To finish, add to the front of a 7" x 7" white card blank.
