#dailyatc2026: Half the Year Done!

I have completed my sixth month of this year's challenge to myself - a daily ATC, following the prompts over on 365 days of drawing prompts and other art and using Clarity stamps, stencils and stickers.  Here are my offerings for the second half of June.

This should have been holding your breathe but I misread my own handwriting!

As usual there will be a change of background colours for my July ATCs.

WOYWW 891/111: A Little Cooler

Welcome to the weekly sharing of desks which is WOYWW (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?), the brainchild of Julia, who kindly entrusted it to me to continue after the first 15 years of togetherness.  Please feel free to link up your desk and visit others' - we are a friendly bunch.

I can't believe it is July already.  Where did the first half of 2026 go?

My desk shows my daily affirmation cards and also the results of a fabulous workshop with Tilly Tea Dance on Saturday.  The day was topped off by a visit to the theatre to see Willy Wonka, which was an excellent production.

I managed to get four samples made and posted off by Sunday, so it was a busy weekend too.

I have gone green for my July #dailyatc2026 backgrounds, as you will see next week.

It has been far more comfortable in school this week thank goodness - hopefully you have all enjoyed cooler temperatures.

Tomorrow I am off to York with the Lichfield recorder group for the u3a festival.  Another long day, so I am looking forward to a lie in on Friday!

Stay safe and Happy WOYWW.

Wee Stencils on Kraft Card

I love these new Wee stencils from Clarity Crafts.  I used one of the six in the tree set together with the extremely useful stencil plate mate to create this card.

Reflection Masks

I made this birthday card with the Pine Trees by the Riverside pair.  There are plenty of other masks in the reflection collection to play with too.

Seasonal Tags and Frames

As these are being showcased today on Clarity TV by Deb Wheeler, I thought I would share the projects that I originally created using the Spring and Summer stamp sets.  Links to the projects appear below each photo.

WOYWW 890/110: Whew What a Scorcher

Welcome to the weekly sharing of desks which is WOYWW (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?), the brainchild of Julia, who kindly entrusted it to me to continue after the first 15 years of togetherness.  Please feel free to link up your desk and visit others' - we are a friendly bunch.

My desk this week shows the set up at Ditton for the Clarity Make and Takes on Friday and Saturday.  I don't know how everyone is coping with the heat but it was 33 degrees plus on Friday which made for a challenging time.
On the other side of the desk is Eva, who took part in the first session on Saturday (which was a little cooler).
Eva's version

My project
As you can see, she went a different way using the same stamps.

I prepped all my #dailyatc2026 in advance.

Yesterday my recorder group came to school and played for KS2 (Y5&6 - age 9-11).  It went really well considering the heat.

I am really sorry I didn't visit desks last week.  Time got away from me as I did Barb's workshop on Sunday (sitting opposite two lovely ladies who had flown in from Texas), drove back home on Monday and was back at work yesterday.  I will do better this week.

Stay safe and Happy WOYWW.

Bijou Branches, Twigs and Sprigs

I tried out various ideas using the new Bijou (A6) Branches Twigs and Sprigs stamps for the Clarity Make and Takes last week.  This was my first idea - we kept the design for the tag but reimagined the card.

WOYWW 889/109: Busy Week

Welcome to the weekly sharing of desks which is WOYWW (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?), the brainchild of Julia, who kindly entrusted it to me to continue after the first 15 years of togetherness.  Please feel free to link up your desk and visit others' - we are a friendly bunch.

Here's hoping my latest affirmation card bodes well for my drive down to Kent for the Clarity Open days.  I am setting off early tomorrow, and on Friday and Saturday will lead 5 lots of Make and Takes.  On Sunday I will be enjoying Barb's inky workshop.  Back on Monday then straight back to work on Tuesday.  It will be a very busy week.  Looking forward to it though.

This should have been Cobweb with Dewdrops!
I must admit I am cheating a little with my #dailyatc2026 and have prepared a few ahead for while I am away.

Hoping all went well for Jan and her cataract operations.  Will try and visit everyone over the weekend.  Stay safe and Happy WOYWW.
