Oxides and Watercolour Pens: A Tag

Once again, I have managed to complete the mini mission for March over on Mission Inspiration, before the main mission!  As always, the mini mission has been completed on a tag, and this month all the stamps and stencils are from Claritystamp.  The prompt was 'Lost'; this seemed appropriate, as I had just returned home from seeing Stoke City lose at home to Everton!
I started by stamping Alice (NDC 102 from Claritystamp) onto a #8 manilla tag using Jet Black archival ink.  I stamped and cut out a mask and covered the image.
The 7" x 7" Tree stencil was laid over the top and a mix of Salty Ocean and Faded Jeans Distress Oxides blended all over the tag.  The stencil and mask were then removed.
All the trees were carefully coloured using Royal Talens Ecoline watercolour pens.
The mask and stencil were then laid back in place and Peeled Paint, Lucky Clover and Forest Moss Distress Oxides blended over the bottom part of the tag; the stencil and mask were removed once more.
Alice was coloured in using a mix of Ecoline pens and Kuretake Clean Colour pens.
The prompt word was stamped using the Word Chain Alphabet in Versamark ink, then heat embossed in detail silver embossing powder.  The letters were outlined with an 01 Sakura black micron pen.
Finally the rest of the quote was printed onto clear plastic using my Dymo Letratag, then added to the tag.
