Monochrome texture stamping

The mixed impressions texture stamps work just as well in monochrome as they do in colour.  Here I used the Chinese Lantern set to create a card.
Stamp the A7 Chinese Lantern Mixed Impression stamp onto the front of a 5” x 5” black card blank in Versamark ink and heat emboss with detail silver embossing powder.
Die cut the image using the 2.5” x 3.5” nested rectangle die.
Cut a mat from silver holographic card using the 2.75” x 3.75” nested rectangle picot die and mat the two together.
Trim a piece of large Clarity stencil card to 20cm x 13.8cm. Stamp the A5 Chinese Lantern Mixed Impression stamp onto it in Onyx Black Versafine ink.
Mat onto black card (20.5cm x 14.3cm) and add to the front of an A5 hammered white card blank.
Add the silver and black topper to the card.
To finish, add two of Barbara’s word stickers to silver holographic card. Trim leaving a narrow border and add the sentiments to the card.

Hi Sarah, this caught my eye on FB a few minutes ago. It's stunning. The Chinese lantern is very effective in silver on black and the background is perfect. xx
