This tag was created for the Steampunk challenge with Tag Tuesday (a fortnightly challenge).
I started with a #8 Manilla tag; blended Walnut Stain and Vintage Photo Distress Oxides over it; spritzed with water to activate and then dried with my heat tool.
Dreamweaver embossing paste (Copper) was used through the Crate mini stencil by Tim Holtz (THMS089) in two areas.
The Make Time die by Sheena Douglass was used to die cut some dark brown card backed with 'Stick-It' for ease of attaching and then added to the left of the tag. The offcuts were then used in two other places, so very little was wasted.
One of the stamps from the Top Hats collection by Creative Expressions was stamped onto mixed media card using the Tim Holtz stamp platform and Coffee Archival ink. The image was fussy cut leaving a narrow border and added at the bottom.
The tag was completed with two of the Tim Holtz Clippings Stickers which seemed to fit the theme.
