An Updated Tour of the Shed

As my shed had a new floor and a new roof over the summer, I thought it was about time that I blogged an updated tour of my craft space.

As you can see, I have space for three visitors as well as the area where I do all my work.  The shed is 10' by 16', fully insulated with fibre broadband cable, heating and plenty of electrical sockets.  It has been going strong for 10 years now, since my husband and sons built it for me as a way to clear all my craft supplies out of the house lol.  I have added to the storage over the years using mainly items from IKEA and now have it exactly as I like it.
The long wall opposite the windows has storage from end to end.  The red and white units were originally in our sons' bedroom and hold many boxes of stamps, papers and embellishments.  The grey drawers hold A4 card and paper arranged into colours and there is space for my Clarity storage folders along the top.
I have plenty of room on the doors to display art work that I have been gifted too and on top are some of my mixed media paper supplies.
The back wall of the shed consists of Billy Bookcases of various heights.  The grey drawers are full of ribbon and the kitchen trolley from IKEA holds my Brother Cut N Boss and my e-bosser.  You can see my large Cricut machine on top as well.
I have plenty of ink pads and most of the ones I use regularly are near the window immediately behind where I sit for easy access.  I also have a lot of die storage there too.
My IKEA trolley collection has now grown to three.  They are full of mixed media supplies, paints, brushes, adhesives and everything that gets grabbed regularly.
This is my work space.  Immediately in front are my Washi drawers which also contain all my tools and watercolour pens.  I have a large glass mat which stays in place at all times.
To my immediate right sits my laptop and all my Distress Oxides and Dylusions paints.  The drawers hold all my Distress sprays.  The blinds are down as it is early morning, but the LED strip lights make the shed bright at all times.
I have tea and coffee making facilities next to the door and also keep my large Big Shot ready for use there too.
The latest addition to the shed has been three DVD usnits which hold all my Clarity stamp sets in blank DVD cases as well as journals and A5 stencil folders.  The single heater keeps the shed warm all year round and I can pull the curtain across to make things even more cosy.
