Lino Stamp Birthday Card on a Patchwork Background

I combined one of the new Linocut stamp sets from Claritystamp with a tag die and Sticker Word stamps to create this birthday card with a patchwork effect background.

Die cut the second largest nested luggage tag from a piece of Clarity stencil card.

Ink up the Background Wildflowers Lino Print stamp in Salvaged Patina, Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers and Broken China Distress Oxides using foam tools and add the image to the tag.

Stamp the second image over the top in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink.

Working directly onto the front of a 6” x 6” white card blank, add the first stamp in the same inks as before over the front in a patchwork pattern.

Mat the tag onto black card and trim, leaving a narrow border. Add the tag to the front of the card.

Add three of the mice from the same stamp set in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink.

To finish, add two of the word sticker stamps from the Happy Birthday set in the same ink.
