Butterfly Panel Birthday Card

For my second sample made with the Claritystamp Offer of the Week, I used the individual foliage stamps rather than the wreath to make this panel card for a birthday.

Mask off the bottom of a 7” x 7” white card blank. Add a further strip of blank mask leaving a 1.5” aperture.

Lightly brush Apricot Nectar and Rosy Cheeks Artistry inks through the aperture using Clarity stencil brushes.

Add stamping in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink using the small foliage stamps from the Butterfly Wreath stamp set randomly over the ink. Remove the masks.

Stamp the large butterfly from the same stamp set onto a piece of Toscana 8” x 8” double sided designer paper and fussy cut it.

Add Happy Birthday below the panel in the same ink using Entwined Sentiments.

To finish, add the butterfly to the front of the card, attaching it along the body only. Add antennae using a fine micron pen.
