Abstract Christmas Tree Card

I used the new panel stencils from Claritystamp to create this modern/abstract Christmas tree for my first Christmas card of 2021.
Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 6” nested square die. Cut a mat from black card using the 6.25” nested square picot die.
Lay one of the panel stencils over the topper and add the narrow rectangle aperture over the top. Blend Peeled Paint Distress ink through the aperture.
Mask off one end of the narrow rectangle, lay a second panel over the topper, add the masked section over the top at an angle and blend Evergreen Bough Distress ink through the aperture with a Clarity stencil brush.
Mask off the other end of the narrow rectangle and repeat the process using a third panel pattern and Shabby Shutters Distress ink.
Mask off a further section and add another panel in Bundled Sage Distress ink.
Fill in the gaps by masking off the stencilled sections using mask blanks and adding further patterns in between in the same inks as before.

Add a ‘pot' at the bottom in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink using two of the Word Sticker stamps from the Happy birthday set.
Add further stamping to the ‘tree’ in the same manner.
To finish, mat up the topper and add it to a 7” x 7” white card blank.
