Gold Stencil New York

I used the New York City stencil from Clarity and some gold embossing to add glamour to this card.

Cut a 7” x 7” black card blank in half. Add the New Your City stencil to the front card blank with masking tape to create a hinge.

Pounce a Versamark ink pad through the apertures until an even coverage has been achieved. Remove the stencil and heat emboss using detail gold embossing powder. Heat from underneath to ensure a smooth finish.

Emphasize the Statue of Liberty by using a white Pergamano pencil along the lines of the outline and drapery.

Die cut the topper using the largest nested square die. Cut a mat using the largest nested square picot die out of gold card.

Mat the two together and add them to the front of a second 7” x 7” black card blank.

To finish add Barbara’s word stickers.
