Get Well Soon Card

I am the go to person at work if we need a card for everyone to sign.  This 'Get Well Soon' card was made for a colleague earlier this year.

Stamp NDC #123 (Rose Vase) and Get well Soon (Word Chain 16) onto a piece of Clarity stencil card in Onyx Black Versafine ink. Heat emboss with detail clear embossing powder.

Create a mask for the rose vase using mask blanks and mask it off. To create the mask, stamp the image onto copy paper, add a mask blank over the top and cut round.

Attach New Design Stencil Club stencil #67 across the page and brush Mermaid Lagoon Distress ink through the aperture. Remove the stencil.

Draw a black line along the bottom and the top of the stencilling.

Remove the mask and colour the rose vase with watercolour pencils. Blend out the colour with a watercolour brush pen. Add a little shading below the vase.

Mat onto a piece of black card (7.25” x 7.25”)

To finish, add to the front of a 8” x 8” white card blank.
