Animal Tags

These tags were made for the March tag swap over on Junk Journals and Mindful Mixed Media Art (JJAMMMA).  The theme was animals.  As usual I decided to use some of my Clarity New Design Club stamps.
Add a piece of copy paper to a #8 manilla tag (Townhouse stencil with Distress Oxides applied through in Ground Espresso, Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade and Stormy Sky).
Seal, dry and trim.
Stamp the Labradors (NDC #124) onto Clarity stencil card in Sepia Versafine ink. Dry with a heat gun then seal with a layer of matte medium dried thoroughly.
Add colour and shading to the Labradors using Faber-Castell big brush markers blended out with a finger and a Pergamano blending pen and nibs.

Fussy cut the Labradors and add them to the tag.
Seal and add shading around and under the dogs with a Faber-Castell Pitt artist pen.
To finish, add two of Leonie’s word stickers.
Add the top layer of a paper towel mop up sheet to a #8 manilla tag. The paper towel was used to mop up ink and clean stamps. Seal, dry and trim the paper towel.
Stamp the Otters (NDC #151) onto Clarity stencil card in Sepia Versafine ink. Dry with a heat gun then seal with a layer of matte medium dried thoroughly.
Add colour and shading to the Otters using Faber-Castell big brush markers blended out with a finger and a Pergamano blending pen and nibs.
Fussy cut the Otters and add them to the tag.
Seal and add shading around and under the image with a Faber-Castell Pitt artist pen.
Stamp the foliage stamp from the Clarity Birdhouse garden set along the top of the tag in Versamark ink and heat emboss with Aged Green embossing enamel.
To finish, add two of Leonie’s word stickers.
