Clean and Simple Maternity Leave Congratulations Card

This card was made for a colleague who recently started her maternity leave.  It uses an 8" x 8" card blank as it needed to be large enough for everyone at work to sign.

Attach the Sunshine stencil from Claritystamp to a piece of 7" x 7" stencil card using masking tape to create a hinge at the top.  Brush Hay Stack Artistry ink through the stencil using a stencil brush.

Replace the stencil and add Orange Popsicle Artistry ink brushed outwards from the centre.

Add stamping in Onyx Black Versafine ink using various mini word chain stamps.  Congratulations (Set 11&12), On (Set 13&14), Your (Set 3&4), New (shortened version of news from sets 9&10), Ray of Sunshine (sets 19&20).

Add 2019 in the same manner using the word Chain Number stamps.

Trim back to 6.5" x 6.5" and mat onto black then deep orange card leaving a narrow border in each colour.

To finish, add to the front of a pre made 8" x 8" white card blank.
