Working with Mica on Black coated Card

I like the effect of mica powders on black coated card stock.  I used some Clarity stencils and stamps with Versamark ink to create this card.
Lay the arch framer stencil over the Woodland Badgers stencil, move around until happy with the layout. Use masking tape to stick together and add to an A5 piece of black Clarity coated card.
Press a Versamark ink pad through the two stencils until evenly coated then remove the stencils. Add mica powders in white, blue and green using a soft brush.
Trim round the arch shape of the image leaving a narrow border of black.
Mat onto the back of a piece of the Great Lakes 8” x 8” designer paper and trim leaving a border.
Cut the left over piece of coated card to measure 5” x 3”. Stamp Sending You Lots of Hugs & Kisses (Mini Word Chains 15 & 16) in Versamark ink and brush the same three colours of mica powders as before over the top.
Trim back to 5” x 2.5” and mat onto the back of the same designer paper leaving a narrow border. Add the two toppers onto a second piece of A5 black Clarity coated card stock and add the whole piece to an A5 landscape card blank.
