Funky Foliage Stencilled Layers: A Birthday Card

This is the first of the samples that I made for Barbara Gray's shows on Hochanda this afternoon.  Between 2 and 4pm she will be introducing some new dies and stencils to go with the previously released Funky Foliage stamp set.  I hope you can join her.
Add the stencil to a piece of 7” x 7” stencil card. Brush Peeled Paint and Bundled Sage Distress inks in one direction (top left to bottom right).
Add Pumice Stone ink, brushing from top to bottom and along the bottom from left to right.
Keeping the first stencil in place, add the Dotty Wave stencil over the top and brush Peeled Paint through the top two thirds and Pumice Stone through the bottom third of the apertures. Remove the Dotty Wave stencil.
Stamp the Seed pod stamp four times using a blend of Bundled Sage, Peeled Paint and Pumice stone Distress Oxides.
Fussy cut the heads and go round the edges with a black pen.
Stamp through the funky foliage stencil using the script stamp from the Journaling set in Peat Moss Archival ink. Add the burlap stamp in Pumice Stone Oxide holding stamps in the hand rather than using a mount.
Trim to 6.5” x 6.5” and add the Happy Birthday line sentiment in Black ink.
Continue the line around the inky area using a black Posca pen.
Add the topper to a 7” x 7” black card blank and glue the seed heads into the corners to finish.
