A Notelet Box from One Piece of Card

Yesterday I shared how I created a set of 5" x 5" notelets (see HERE).  Today I will show you how I made the box to keep them in using one piece of card and a scoring board.

Trim a piece of Stencil card to 6.5” x 11”. Using a scoring board, score the width at 0.5” and 6”. Turn the card and score at 0.5”, 5.5” and 6”.
Lay the stencil over the ‘lid’ of the box and brush Tenacious Teal Artistry in through it.
With the stencil still in place, add first, second and third generation stamping in Tenacious Teal behind the Allium heads using the small Allium head stamp.
Remove the stencil and repeat along the bottom edge of the ‘lid’.
Add Thank You from Mini Word Chains 17 & 18 in black ink.
Make up the base of the box by snipping along the short score lines, taking out a triangular piece and adding strong tape to the four flaps.

Once the base is formed, put the notelets inside.
Fold the side pieces of the lid inside the box base to hold the box shut.
