Super Quick Tag!

As I'm in the midst of report writing at the moment, another quick tag was required in order to have something to share with you today.  This one was even quicker to create than yesterday's as I found the balloons in my stash, already stamped, fussy cut and layered.
As usual when I want a quick background, I used the top layer of a paper towel mop up sheet in blue to act as the sky (glued and sealed all over with Distress Collage Medium, dried and trimmed onto a #8 manilla tag).
The balloons are stamps by Claritystamp (Hot Air Balloons set; the largest and middle sized balloon), stamped onto three different pieces of patterned paper, fussy cut and layered up.  Once added, the whole tag was once again given a good coat of distress collage medium and dried thoroughly.
The Phthalo Blue Big Brush marker (Faber-Castell) was blended around each of the balloons and along some of the edges of the tag.
I decided to add more of the Phthalo Blue to emphasize the sky, leaving some of the cream areas to give the hint of clouds.
A sentiment from the Tim Holtz Small Talk sticker book, cut in two, completed the tag.
