WOYWW 737: Two Days and ...Ofsted!

So much for a relaxing last week of term.  We had the phone call on Monday and Ofsted (Office for Standards in Education) inspectors are in today.  They were also in yesterday.

My desk shows the latest Temu deliveries ready for my #dailycollage next year.
Like everyone in school feels.
Don't forget to visit Julia at Stamping Ground for more WOYWW fun.  May not get round to visiting this week as I will be heading in early.  School will be open from 7am instead of 7.30am.  Happy WOYWW.

  3. I'm so excited to get in and comment through WOYWW, after connecting thro phone and getting another email back...anyway, I'm hoping I can get round everyone! Love your desk...(If I don't shut page the down)I too am a Temu addic! So far I've only had moans about buying from them, so haven't shown stuff on my blog...well, I have, but you need to 'look' for them. So far everything crafty I've bought (and some of the same as in your picture) has been 100%... except the stretchy hose pipe? a no no..it wont fit on the tap! Happy WOYWW!?((Lyn))#7

  5. Mmm Ofsted! No comment! I shouldn't worry you know what you're doing better than what they do. I must look again at Temu just not sure about them? Stuff looks so cheap. Wishing you a happy woyww. Hugs, Angela x9x

  6. Oh my life Ofsted! You know if all the teachers are as conscientious as you, it will be a breeze. Hope it goes OK. I had my last reading session last week and after 19 of our 30 minutes the child said "bye". It was all rather quite deflating, then I found Fodder Challenge... Love Love love all your Temu goodies, I'm just going to have to have a look myself, what is the best search term??? Adore your furrowed card for day 197 superb. Oh and the bell, we have one for dinner time here, works a treat and reminds me of the bell we had in school and how the children had to run round the school ringing it before the advent of electrified bells! Hope the inspection goes well, Hugs BJ#16

  7. Oh! Wow! I am using those papers!!! are yours double sided?
Ofsted is a total waste of time and MONEY! If a school is doing well then the parents can tell surely . . . back to 'how do they think we managed back in the day?' My grammar school had such a good reputation that's where my Father decided I should go . . . not with my friends but to the best.
At least you will get to spend next year without the worry of a visit . . . and we know you only have the best teachers at your school . .
    Two days to go . . .

  8. Oh honestly, OFSTED are hardly likely to get a proper feel for the school at this point in the year, how silly, I'm sorry. Hope it isn't absolutely stressy and awful for you all. That desk full is a theme setter for the daily collage, huh..what a lovely bunch of goodies!

  9. You'd think they would appreciate the break as well!! What rotten timing. I'm liking Temu but it's a bit too tempting!! My favourite drawing this week is furrowed. Very good. Hope the last few days aren't too stressful!! Have a great week, love n hugs Cindyxx #15

Oh that is naughty of Ofsted - they once gave my Head a call one day and were in next inspecting my Careers set up. Thankfully I loved that part of my job and all was in order.
Good luck but I am sure you will be fine.

  13. The only silver lining about OFSTED coming now is at least you won’t be worrying all summer about them possibly coming in September. Hope it all goes well, your new stash should cheer you up.

  14. I think it's appalling that OFSTED do this at such a time. I went through 3 but in the days when you got more notice, not that it made it any more bearable. Hope it goes well. Always stressful. Take care. Anne x 18
