WOYWW 738: Free At Last

Welcome to the first weekly desk sharing of the summer holidays.  Please visit Julia at Stamping Ground to find out more about this wonderful weekly link up.

I have had my Clarity Art Nouveau stamps out for a play but nothing to show yet.
As you can see the first few days of the holidays have been kept simple.
I never actually saw the inspector last Wednesday but that was my last Ofsted as they are not due to return for four years and I will have retired by then.
I have been catching up with sample making at a leisurely pace and enjoyed a musical get together with the recorder group in Lichfield yesterday afternoon.  I may actually have a chance to visit everyone this week.  Happy WOYWW.

How nice to be on school holiday. I love those drawings this week, especially hardware and restore. Not sure what an inspector does in your school system, but glad you avoided him/her. Happy WOYWW from # 1.

Don't bank on no more Ofsted. I got a surprise one in my teaching - and one day's notice - and it was just me they were coming for (Careers). Just hope and pray.
Anyway, you are not old enough to be only 4 years off retirement!
Hope we see the Rennie makes you do at some time.
Hugs, Neet 3 xx

What a brilliant thought never having to encounter an OFSTED inspector ever again!! Hope it all went well for your school. It’s rare that I see stamps and want to get them myself but those Art Nouveau ones are glorious, I look forward to seeing how you use them!

Pleased you're settling in to the holiday. What you have to remember about Ofsted is that you know more about teaching than they do. Most of them would have no idea how to tech, control a class or deal with the everyday problems that children have. Wishing you a very happy woyww, Angela x9x

Happy Belated WOYWW. Loving those stamps. Very versatile. Continue to enjoy the holidays. We are off for a long weekend with family next week - 4 grandchildren aged from 5 to 9. I am going to need a holiday afterwards! Ali x #19
