Beautiful Japanese Butterflies

 
I combined one of the additional decorative rounds stencils with the Beauty SHAC Japanese Butterfly Rounds stamp set to create this card.

Attach the Rose Decorative Round stencil to a piece of Clarity stencil card, add the centre.

Blend Pink Peony, French Ultramarine and Sap Green Archival inks through the aperture. Remove the stencil.

Add the outline stamp from the Beauty Japanese Butterfly Round set into the centre in Black Soot Distress Archival ink.

Add the butterfly infill to the image in French Ultramarine Archival ink.

Add the larger infill stamp in Pink Peony Archival ink, avoiding the butterfly.

Colour the leaves and stems with Polychromo #170.

Die cut the image using the largest nested circle die and a mat from black card using the corresponding picot die.

Stamping directly onto the front of a 7” x 7” white card blank, add the outline butterfly into three of the corners in Black Soot Distress archival ink, and the Beauty sentiment into the 4th corner in the same ink.

Add colour to the butterflies as before.

To finish, mat up the topper and add it to the card.
