I used a ready made background in the shape of Clarity designer paper for this retirement card.
Stamp the entwined autumn wreath onto a piece of Toscana designer paper in Versamark ink and heat emboss with detail copper embossing powder.
Add a drop shadow round the wreath with a white Pergamano pencil and colour the leaves, acorns and bird with coloured pencils.
Die cut round the wreath using the largest nested circles die. Die cut a mat out of Clarity stencil card using the largest nested circle picot die and mat the two together. Stamp the fern stamp from the autumn wreath stamp in all four corners of the front of an 8” x 8” black card blank in Versamark ink and heat emboss in copper embossing powder. To finish, add the topper to the front of the card.
