How Old?

If you count the small butterflies on the front of the card it matches the age on the inside.

Lay the outer of the A6 large butterfly mask at a jaunty angle across the front of a 6”x6” white card blank and mask off the rest of the card front.

Blend Milled Lavender Distress Oxide through the aperture with a foam tool and remove the masking.

Add some of the miniature butterflies from the Butterflies and Birds set over the image in Purple Delight Versafine Clair ink.

Add further stamping in Charming Pink Versafine Clair ink.

Continue until the shape is covered.

Go round the outside of the butterfly shape with a black Posca pen.

Add the antennae from the large monarch butterfly stamp set in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink.

To finish the front, add ‘How old?’ in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink using the Block Print Alphabet and Numbers.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 4” nested circles die and a mat from black card using the corresponding picot die.

Add Happy 21st Birthday using the Block Print numbers and the Entwined sentiments in the same black ink as before.

To finish, mat up the topper and add it to the inside of the card.
