WOYWW 685: Too Hot

Welcome to the latest weekly sharing of the desk c/o Julia's Stamping Ground and WOYWW.

My desk shows the early morning #dailychallenge2022 prep before heading into work.  I have been called in as I am only allowed one day off for curriculum rewriting so have chosen the day when the leavers' assembly and staff leavers' do are taking place.  Today really will be my last day before the holidays.

The journal continues each morning.
Hubby and #3 son have done some tidying in the garden but it is really too hot to do much at the moment.  We need to get the plants in though as the high temperatures are not doing them much good.

I'll be along to visit in the morning.  stay safe and Happy WOYWW.

glad you've only got one more day to go in for, and can then relax (with the rewriting!!) I do hope hubby and son #3 don't work in the mad temps! good luck getting the planting done though. Happy WoywW Helen #2

I can't imagine what the classrooms are like at the moment. Mine used to freeze in the winter and cook in the summer. Bet you're looking forward to the holiday anyway. It's breezy at the moment but I know it's going to be hot again, wish it was snowing Lol! Take care and stay cool, Angela x10x

Hooray for the holidays, hope you have a proper good rest and spend more time in the Shed crafting!! Fair play to your hubby and son, I wouldn’t have wanted to lay slabs in that heat!

It’s good to arrive at term end at last though it sounds like you’ve a lot of re-writing to do. Your steampunk journals are stunning!
Gracie and Bella send purrs.
Take care and happy WOYWW

Oh it’s been a long half term for you, very glad to read that this is it now…just in time to commandeer that chair in the new patio area as your summer desk area! Your pages are of course, as lovely as ever, given me an ear worm with the words on the last page and I love the group of people you’ve chosen!!

Thank you for your visit this morning :D - I am glad to hear you have only this day left before the vacation time, you really deserve it :) I love your pages and admire your husband and son to work that hard in the garden in these days. Take care and "see" you soon.

Thank you for sharing.

Super journal pages love the butterflies and planes. I survived the graduation with over 3000 people there, hoping I don't get Covid again though. Hugs BJ#8
