Stencilled Background for a Scene

I ran with Barbara Gray's project idea of using one of the Clarity New Design Club stencils as a backround for a scene which I created for this birthday card.  I changed the mask and the colours that were used in the original project though.

Add the Monument Valley Mask to a piece of Clarity stencil card as well as a medium moon mask.
Add the June 2022 stencil (#97) across the top of the card and blend shades of blue ink through it and over it once removed (Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean Distress inks). Clean the stencil.
Move the stencil down below the mask and add shades of orange and yellow inks through it and over it once removed (Fossilized Amber and Wild Honey Distress inks).
Remove the mask and mask off above and below using the outer mask.
Blend shades of brown and red ink through the aperture using spot on sponges (Bard Door and Rusty Hinge Distress inks).
Add Vintage Photo using the edge of a piece of copy paper to create definition and remove the masking.
Add a little Brushed Corduroy Distress ink below the mountains and into the sun/moon.
Die cut the topper using the 6” nested square die and a mat from black card using the corresponding nested square picot die.
Add ‘bushes‘ to the topper using the top of one of the Wee Trees stamps in Brushed Corduroy and Vintage Photo Distress Oxides.
Add Happy Birthday to the topper in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink using the Entwined Sentiments stamps.
To finish, mat up the topper and add it to the front of a 7” x 7” white card blank.
