Rose Thank You Card

I went back and used one of my previously unused Clarity New Design club stencils to create this thank you card.

Die cut a topper from Clarity stencil card using the 6” x 5” nested ovals die and a mat from black card using the corresponding nested ovals picot die.

Cut into the topper using the second largest Nested Oval Doodle Scallop Aperture Frame-Its die.

Mask off part of the Clarity New Design Club stencil #39 and add it to the topper using low tack tape.

Blend Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxides through the leaf and stem. Blend Tattered Rose, Saltwater Taffy, and a little Worn Lipstick Distress Oxides through the rose. Remove and clean the stencil.

Mat up the topper.

Stamping directly onto the front of an 8” x 8” white card blank, add Thank You in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink using one of the Entwined Sentiments stamps.

Mask off round the rose bud and blend Pumice Stone and Iced Spruce Distress Oxides through the stencil directly onto the front of the card.

Add large leaves from the same stencil in the upper and lower left-hand corners in the same Oxides.

Add two further leaves in the same manner.

To finish, add the topper to the front of the card.
