ATCoins in a Wall Hanging

I had fun using ATCoins in a new way for me.  By adding ribbon and pairing coins back to back, I created a decorative wall hanging.  The new circle layering stamps designed by Tina Cox for Claritystamp are just the right size for using on ATCoins.
I started by cutting 6 ATCoins (2.5" in diameter) out of Clarity stencil card.  I stamped two each of the Treescape Circle, Large Daisy Circle and Smaller Daisies Circle onto the coins in Onyx Black Versafine ink and heat embossed the images using detail clear embossing powder.

To colour in the coins, I used Artistry ink pads and a water brush, using my glass mat as a palette.  The colours I chose were Fall Fiesta, Blaze, Orange Popsicle, Hay Stack, Cinnamon Tea and Amazon Trail.  I ensured that each pair of images matched in colour.

I chose some narrow ribbon from my stash in similar colours to the inks used and cut a 70cm length.  I folded it in half, creating a loop at the top.  Each pair of coins was attached back to back, trapping the ribbon in between.
I left 3cm between each pair of coins.
Once all the coins were attached to the ribbon, I trimmed the ends.
