Welcome to the weekly sharing of desks which is WOYWW (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?), the brainchild of Julia, who kindly entrusted it to me to continue after the first 15 years of togetherness. Please feel free to link up your desk and visit others' - we are a friendly bunch.
Thinking of Neet and wishing her a steady recovery! Hoping she is now back out of hospital. My desk shows the Groovi project I was working on yesterday having made a start on Monday. I am determined to use each Clarity Club plate before the next one arrives and this used the plate from February. Can't share my news yet, but will probably be OK to do so next week.I have finished the back of my sweater, but have not yet cast on the stitches for the front. Heading over to Mum's tomorrow so may do so while I am there.![]() |

Looking forward to the needle felting workshop with Tilly Tea Dance on Friday and catching up with Twiglet. I have to give a presentation to the Anglo German club tomorrow evening about an animal so I have prepared one about a Nilpferd (hippopotamus) as it is the mascot of the local football team that I support.
Stay safe and happy WOYWW.

Morning Sarah, glad to see the post, I am about to leave for work! Well done on finishing the back of your jumper. Good to see your March colour scheme for your atcs too Happy WOYWW Helen x .
I love your daily ATCs - Your therapy ATC would just need a crochet hook added in if it were mine. 😀. Your jumper is looking good, too. I had no idea Nilpferd would be German for a hippo. It’s a lovely word. German’s usually do logical, so I wonder where it came from. I hope your talk goes well.
Take care and happy WOYWW

Hi Sarah, your sweater is very pretty so far, enjoy your visit to your mum's, yes your word prompts did need some imaginative images well done. Enjoy the needle felting workshop and happy WOYWW. 🙏🏻🤗

I will miss to see you on Friday as I foolishly booked a dental appointment for 2.30. I need to get my diary updated sooner! I love the therapy ATC - so true. Well done with your jumper - looking good. x x Jo 🌈
Well done you on finishing the jumper back...it's looking lovely. I love your daily pics...the therapy is soooo right.
Hugs,

Hi Sarah, you are keeping us in suspense with your good news. Great ATCs, your backgrounds are great for these little stamps. You must have quite a collection. Love the Mackintosh Roses and the unicorn. Hugs Angela #7
Can't wait to find out what the news is. Pleased to see the jumpers progressing and hope your felting class goes well, it's always enjoyable sharing time with like minded crafters. Happy woyww, Angela x9x
Totally intrigued about the forthcoming news you are such a tease. Your presentation sounds fun. You did a greenhouse for 28th Feb which was our anniversary and we went to RHS Wisley and the Alpine Greenhouse was most delightful, thanks for the reminder. Of course love the therapy card. Super jumper back, it looks so tiny. Great you've set the Groovi Plate challenge for yourself too. Hugs Bj#10
Numbers confuse me :). Love the ATCs and you out-of-the-box thinking. That sweater is really progressing. Enjoy the needle felting - always fancied it but I have too much on the go already so not yet!
Happy time-machine WOYWW!

I love the Bed of Roses and the Charles Rennie Macintosh font, beautiful! Your jumper is an interesting pattern and coming along well. Great German word for hippo, you learn something new everyday!
