SHAC Bird Tag

I used parts of the Love Bird coordinating stencil to create the background for this tag.

Die cut a tag from Clarity stencil card using the largest Nested Arch Tag die.

Add the outline stamp from the Barb’s SHAC Love Bird stamp set in Jet Black Archival ink.

Mask up the image.

Add the corresponding circle stencil and brush Salty Ocean Distress ink through a section.

Move the stencil and keep adding ink with a brush until the background is complete.

Swap the mask out for the bird and branch only.

Add the infill stamp in Pink Peony Archival ink.

Add the heart infills in Pink Peony and the leaf infills in Leaf Green Archival inks.

Remove the masking and add colour using Faber-Castell Polychromos #129 / #105 / #168 (Spring) and #188 / #170 (Summer).

Add a drop shadow using Polychromo #232, #181 – Essentials then to finish, add one of the Art Deco Special Day sentiments in Jet Black Archival ink.
