Rainbow Cats!

I had real fun creating this rainbow card using the tiny cats that are on one of the Mini Japanese Landscape stamp sets from Clarity Crafts.

Find the centre of a 5” x 5” white card blank and lightly draw a 2cm circle in pencil. (I used my Orbis Circle Ruler for all the circles). Add one of the sentiments from the Mini Japanese Landscape stamp set with the cats into the centre in Jet Black Archival ink.

Add one of the tiny cats around the circle 12 times in Majestic Violet Archival ink then add a second circle slightly larger than the cats and stamp a further ring of cats using a different stamp and Cobalt Blue Archival ink.

Continue outwards likewise, in Manganese Blue and Emerald Archival inks.

Continue adding rings of stamping in Sun Dazed and Monarch Orange Archival inks.

Finish with a circle of Carnation Red cats using the last of the cat stamps.

Add a Japanese sentiment into each corner in Jet Black Archival ink – three from the cat set and one from a second set.

To finish, erase the pencil once all the ink is dry.
