The prompt for the March PTC swap over on Clarity Mini Makes and ATCs is Colour. I knew exactly which sentiment I wanted to use.
I trimmed a piece of Rainbow River designer parchment to 4” x 3”.
Next, I used the nested rectangle picot Groovi plate to add a double frame for the outer edge of the PTC with the 1mm Pergamano ball tool.
I added the Splash your colour sentiment from a discontinued Groovi plate into the corner of the PTC with the 1mm Pergamano ball tool.
Because the card I was sending with the PTC had a tulip theme, I used the SHAC Tulip Floral Panel Groovi plate to coordinate and added the same image used on the card.
To finish the line art, I added the large tulip head and one of the large leaves with the same ball tool as before.
Next, I erased the colour on the back behind the tulip heads and leaves with the white end of a Faber-Castell eraser pencil.
I coloured the back of the tulip heads and leaves using Perga Colours (#1 and #25 for the tulips / #17 and #29 for the leaves).
I trimmed a piece of Rainbow River designer paper to the same size as the parchment.
I then added it to an ATC sized piece of stencil card and trimmed the edges. I cut across the corners of the parchment, folded the edges and added to the designer paper covered ATC blank with double sided tape.
