SHAC Birds on Kraft

For my final samples using two of the Barb's SHAC Birds stamp sets, I worked on kraft card and added fusible fibres.

Stamp the Dream and Love SHAC Bird outline stamps onto the front of two 5” x 5” kraft card blanks in Jet Black archival ink.

Add the infill stamps using Picket Fence Distress ink.

Die cut frames from Clarity stencil card using the 3.5” and 4” nested circle diamonds & dots frame-its frames & panels dies.

Add the frames to the front of the cards.

Die cut the edge of each card using the corresponding doodle frame-its edger die.

Add a narrow strip of stencil card behind the edge and trim the ends.

Add further colour to the flowers, hearts and leaves using a B1 white Perga liner.

Add a sentiment to each card in Jet Black Archival ink using the Art Deco Sentiments.

To finish, ink up the bird outlines as before, add fusible fibres, cover with a baking sheet and iron. Fussy cut the birds and branches and add them to the cards.
