Retro Car Birthday

For this card I used just two of the Just Wings and Wheels stamps from Clarity Crafts and created a scene to place it in.

Mask off around the edge of a 6” x 6” white card blank using low tack tape.

Add the small car from the Just Wings and Wheels stamp set in Jet Black archival ink.

Make a mask for the image and mask it up.

Add one of the hills & clouds masks from the Build A Scene collection and brush Tumbled Glass Distress ink above it.

Add one of the hills masks and brush the same ink above it. Add Mowed Lawn Distress ink below to create bushes. Mask up the inking.

Brush Vintage Photo distress ink in between. Deepen the colour below the car with a spot on sponge.

Replace the first mask and deepen the colour on the bushes with Rustic Wilderness Distress ink.

Continue adding clouds in the same way as before until the scene is complete.

Remove the masking and low tack tape and colour the car using Faber-Castell Polychromos (#223, #225, #251, #199, #108, #180).

To finish, add the Happy Birthday sentiment in the same black ink as before.
