Entwined Hummingbirds

 I liked the background of my previous card so much that I decided to create a similar look for this one using the Entwined Hummingbird stamps from Clarity Crafts.  I went with a different colour combination though.

Spritz a piece of Clarity stencil card with Tumbled Glass, Broken China, Peacock Feathers, and Speckled Egg Distress Stains.

Die cut the card using the largest nested square heart doodle aperture frame-its die.

Mask off the aperture frame and edges with low tack masking tape.

Stamp the bamboo and leaves from the Entwined Hummingbirds stamp set in Speckled Egg Distress Archival ink. Remove the masking.

Add the Entwined Hummingbirds in Versamark ink and heat emboss with detail gold powder.

Add Happy Birthday in the same manner using the Entwined Sentiment stamps.

Go round the edges of the topper with a black pen.

To finish, add a gold mat 7.5” x 7.5” and add to the front of an 8” x 8” black card blank.
