Blake Verse Card

I haven't used my Distress Stains in a while and thought they would make the perfect backdrop to these re-released stamps from Clarity Crafts.

Spray Fired Brick, Squeezed Lemonade and Wild Honey Distress sprays onto a piece of Clarity stencil card.

Add stamping in Wild Honey Distress ink using the floral stamps, birds, and dragonfly stamps from the Willow Lady stamp set.

Die cut a topper from stencil card using the 2.5” x 3.5” nested rectangle die and a mat from black card using the corresponding picot die.

Spritz the topper as the background.

Once dry, stamp the verse onto the topper in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink and heat emboss with clear powder.

Mat up the topper.

Mat up the background onto black card then a piece of Indian Summer companion paper leaving narrow borders each time.

Add to the front of an 8” x 8” black card blank.

To finish, add the topper with foam pads.
