All Hearts Come Home for Christmas

The third part of Linda Williams' Christmas Compendium release includes this lovely stamp set and verse.  I decided to add some variety by having the line art in white and colouring with watercolour pens.

Die cut the nested rectangle frame-its frames from silver mirri card and set the third smallest to one side.

Stamp onto the front of a 6” x 6” white card blank using the door stamp from the Linda Williams’ Christmas Compendium All Hearts Lead Home set in Versamark ink and heat emboss with white embossing powder.

Add a wash of colour using Ecoline and Kuretake watercolour pens picked up off a glass mat with a watercolour brush pen (Scarlet, Pastel Blue, Warm Grey, Marine Green).

Add the post box in the same manner as the door.

Colour in the same way.

Add the frame to the card.

Stamp the sentiment from the stamp set in the same way as before.

Add the dog above the sentiment in the same way.

To finish, add a colour wash to the dog and sentiment (Pastel Blue, Warm Grey).
