WOYWW 749: Extra Day In School

Well Wednesday seems to come around ever more quickly and it's time to share with Julia and the WOYWW group at Stamping Ground.

Last Thursday I went to help Eva and another friend sort through the craft room of another friend who sadly died earlier this year.  Her sister wanted to hold some craft sales and needed help with sorting and pricing.  We happened upon this folder of Clarity New design stamp club project sheets dating right back to the beginning of the club which I purchased along with many of the stamps which went with them.
#inktober2023 is still providing my prompts for this month.
I had to go into work yesterday for a parents' evening with a second one after school tonight.  It was/is non-stop appointments.
Hope to visit by the weekend.  Stay safe and Happy WOYWW.

I have another friend who is also doing Inktober. It's amazing the way each person interprets the prompts. Sounds like your life is nothing but appointments at the moment. Happy WOYWW from # 2.

Happy WOYWW. What an interesting find. It makes me think about how your friend carefully created this folder, and that at least it can go on to a new home. I will be continuing the process of sorting through my friend's very large craft stash soon (her husband is sifting out any rubbish and then everything else will be taken to the local craft shop where she worked, and there we can go through it all, ready for sale or donation). Well done for continuing with Inktober. I had a grand plan of starting at least one challenge, but then came to my senses. I never complete them, so not putting any pressure on myself. Ali x #11

Sorry about your friend but what a fantastic find you made. It couldn't have gone to a better person than you with it being Clarity stuff.
Drawings as always are great.

Love the drawings especially the toad! It’s such a hard job pricing things to sell, lovely of you to help and a bonus with the Clarity stuff. Happy WOYWW. Angela #14

That’s a good thing you’re doing helping to sort out the craft room, I hope that her sister is able to sell some of the stuff. Fancy you finding that older Clarity stash though, like proper treasure!

Sad job but interesting . . .I would imagine that having Eva (hello!) with you helped somewhat.
Enjoy your week

Glad your friend has people who appreciate her crafts going through them - a sad legacy. Love your Inktober drawings. I hope your reports were more ‘sehr gut’ than ‘nichr gut’ 😀. Thanks for your earlier comment, I accidentally caught delete on my phone instead of publish so I copied it in.
Take care and happy WOYWW

For an onlooker like me, it's the different interpretations of the prompts that make it so fascinating. It's a great but quite sombre job isn't it, to help clear someone's craft room. No doubt you'll make the most of that very neat file full of projects..right up your neat street!

Sorry I'm so late this week! Along with the Mammogram on Wednesday, we got our Covid and flu boosters yesterday, so my arm is rather sore! Anyway, love the drawings, especially the toad. One thing I do not miss about teaching are the parent teacher interviews! Have a great week, Lindart #19
