Tag - You're It!

I had fun making this selection of tags using the Insect stamps designed by Cherry Green for Claritystamp and the larger coordinating stencils.

Die cut three tags from a 6” x 6” kraft card blank using the second largest of the nested luggage tag dies.

Die cut toppers from the front of a 5” x 5” kraft card blank using the 2” nested circles and nested squares dies and the 2” x 3” nested rectangles die. Cut mats from Clarity stencil card using the corresponding picot dies.

Stamp the bee, beetle, and butterfly from Cherry Green’s Insects onto the toppers in Versamark ink and heat emboss with white embossing powder. Mask them up.

Add more stamping using the smallest stamps from the same set to each topper in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink. Remove the masks.

Mat up the toppers. Add touches of black ink to colour the images with a Posca pen.

Add Nocturne Versafine Clair ink through the Bug stencils onto the tags.

Add the toppers to the tags.

To finish, add some of Leonie’s Words stickers to the tags.
