Happy Birthday Easel Card

I used the new Numbers and Happy Birthday stamps with the corresponding die cuts to create this easel card.

Score the front of a 6” x 6” black card blank in half to create an easel base.

Stamp Happy 2nd Birthday onto the corresponding die cuts using the Cherry Green’s Numbers and Happy Birthday stamps. Use Nocturne Versafine Clair ink.

Partially colour the images using Faber-Castell Polychromos (#129, #126, #123, #171, #166, #112).

Attach ‘Birthday’ along the bottom of the easel section with foam pads to hold the card up.

Cut a second 6” x 6” black card blank in half. Stamp the balloons, party hat and one of the hearts from the same stamp set onto the front in Versamark ink and add green and pink mica powders. Seal the mica with a light spray of hairspray.

Add the rest of the die cuts to the front of the card.

To finish, add the card front to the easel.
