Clean and Simple Leaver's Card

I've had a few leavers' cards to make recently.  Here I used the Clarity Chrysanthemum stencil to make a clean and simple card.

Attach the Clarity Chrysanthemum stencil to a piece of stencil card using masking tape to create a hinge at the top.

Blend Spun Sugar, Kitsch Flamingo and Picked Raspberry Distress inks through the stencil using blending brushes.

Add a little Aged Mahogany Distress ink into the centre and the tips of the flower in the same way and remove the stencil.

Trim the card back to the edge of the stencilling and add Good Luck in Nocturne Versafine Clair ink using one of the Clarity line sentiments from set 3.

Mat onto black card leaving a narrow border all round and add to the front of an 8” x 8” white card blank.

To finish, stamp the larger butterfly from the A5 Butterfly Wreath stamp set onto a piece of Rainbow River designer paper in Jet Black Archival ink, fussy cut and add it to the front of the card.
