Autumn Tree Framed

As these Trees and their Mantels stamps can represent any time of year, I decided to combine one with the Entwined Autumn Heart Wreath set to create an Autumn card.

Trim a piece of Clarity stencil card to 5.75” x 5.75”. Stamp the Entwined Autumn Heart wreath into the centre in Versamark ink and heat emboss with copper embossing powder.

Lay the hills and mountains mask within the frame and add Bundled sage Distress ink with a stencil brush to create hills.

Mask off the hills and add one of the bare trees in Vintage Sepia Versafine ink. Remove the mask.

Stamp over the tree with the corresponding mantel in Crackling Campfire, Wild Honey and Fossilized Amber Distress inks.

Colour the frame in the same colour of Distress inks using a watercolour brush pen.

Add a touch of Tumbled Glass Distress ink to the sky using light circular movements with a stencil brush.

Add Autumn from the Entwined Wreath set in the top corner using the same method as the wreath.

To finish, edge the card with a dark brown pen and add to the front of a 6” x 6” kraft card blank.
