Colouring and Stencilling on Kraft Card

I love working on kraft card, especially using white ink.  This time I added coloured accents over the top too.
Attach the Bird and Seed Heads stencil to the front of a 7” x 7” kraft card blank. Pounce Picket Fence Distress ink through the stencil with a foam blending tool. Continue adding layers until the required level of intensity is reached. Cut the front off the card.
Using the fifth smallest nested circles picot die, cut out a section including most of the bird.
Colour the bird and the leaves using water colour pencils, gradually building up the layers of colour.
Trim the picot edging off the bird plaque by using a slightly smaller plain nested circle die.
Trim the kraft panel back to 6.5” x 6.5” and add it to the front of a 7” x 7” white card blank.
Glue the bird circle into place, lining up the picture and ensuring an even border is showing all round.  Add colour to the leaves in the bottom left corner of the background in the same way as the bird circle.
Add one of the celebration stickers.
To finish, colour in the tail of the bird to match the rest.

I hadn't thought of doing that. All of it I mean! I need to try some different techniques!
