Mermaid Tail Panel Card

You don't have to use the characters from the Dee's Friends stamp sets to create a card.  Here, I used the mermaid tail and bubbles from the Faith A6 set to create a panel card.
Mask off a panel towards the right hand side of a 7” x 7” piece of Clarity stencil card using two strips from a mask blank. Stamp the mermaid tail from the Faith A6 set three times within the panel in Onyx Black Versafine ink and heat emboss with clear embossing powder (remove the masks before heating).
Replace the mask strips and mask off each tail in turn. Brush Midnight Blue Artistry ink over the top and bottom tails and Wild Bilberry over the centre tail, blending the colours at the joins.
Remove the masks and add squiggly lines along both sides of the blue panel using a black Sakura micron pen.
Add the bubbles from the same stamp set both sides of the panel in the same manner as the tails. Colour the bubbles using wild Bilberry ink and a Pergamano blending pen and nib.
Trim back the card to 6.75” x 6.75” and add it to the front of a 7” x 7” black card blank.
To finish, add three of the matching word strips and stamp an additional set of bubbles leaving this one uncoloured.
