Thought I'd share another of my samples from the recent One Day Special featuring Dee's new friends from Claritystamp.
Stamp the A5 Patience character stamp onto a piece of Clarity 7” x 7” stencil card in black ink and allow to dry.
Mask off the characters. Lay the American Love stencil over the top and create a hinge using masking tape. Mask off the stars.
Brush Blaze Artistry ink through the heart and the stripes.
Mask off the heart and stripes. Brush Midnight Blue Artistry ink through the stars, intensify the colour using a foam tool.
Remove the stencil and the masks.
Colour the characters using water colour pencils and blend out the colours with a large watercolour brush pen.
Trim the card back to 6.75” x 6.75” and add it to the front of a 7” x 7” black card blank.
To finish, add some of the matching words.
