Romantic Card

I used Leonie's altered heart stamps in a more conventional manner for this card.
Use a brayer to add Pink Peony Archival ink to the 6” x 6” gel press plate. Lay the Arty Hearts stencil over a piece of 7” x 7” stencil card and print through the stencil.
Spread more of the Pink Peony ink over the oval gel press petite, lift some of the ink using the two smallest heart stamps in the Altered hearts stamp set and print onto a piece of stencil card. Use the third smallest oval picot cutting die to cut out the print.
Use the third largest picot square die to cut a panel from the centre front of a 7” x 7” kraft card blank. Cut a narrow frame from this panel using the fifth and sixth largest picot square dies.
Open the card and mask off the back along the fold. Stamp around the front frame using two of the altered heart stamps in Versamark ink and heat emboss in white powder.

Trim the large printed panel a little on all four sides. Add the narrow kraft frame in the centre.
Use a punch to add ribbon threading holes to either end of the oval panel. Trim 0.5cm off the end of a 7” x 7” kraft card blank and thread this through the ribbon holes. Add the pane to the large printed piece and trim the card ribbon at each end.
Glue the printed panel into the kraft card blank behind the stamped frame. Neaten the inside by adding another panel of kraft card slightly smaller than 7” x 7”.
Add a couple of Leonie’s word stickers to the oval panel.
To finish, add the smaller of the two scribble heart circles die cut from black card around the oval panel.
